IN THE BEGINNING, THERE WAS THE DESIRE TO SHARE.
"Le Bon Air is the fortuitous, or perhaps not so fortuitous, meeting of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde and a sibling group of taste entrepreneurs... Add fresh ideas and stunning views, a shrine tattooed on the hearts of Marseillais and quality street cuisine, and you have the concept of Le Bon Air by La French Cuisine: buvette, sunset and contemplation.
CROSSROADS.
When an iconic site in search of a new food offering and a dynamic catering company looking for a unique venue meet, it's like a sign.
IN MAY, the Buvette "Le Bon Air" takes up summer quarters in a shed at the foot of the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde.
As an appetizer, she offers the most beautiful view of the city: the sanctuary in large format, the city at 180°, the port, the Frioul islands and then the horizon in shades of blue. Recollection and contemplation.
On the menu, quality southern street food, inspired by the variations of the south and the flavors of Provence. Traditional dishes such as panisses and octopus salad, Mediterranean arancini and finger food reinterpretations of classic dishes. You order at the counter, then sit down to enjoy your meal on the wooden tables. In the glasses, you'll be able to drink a wide variety of wines, as the sun sets.
Le Bon Air by La French Cuisine is all about uncompromising taste, from the terroir and its artisans. Our approach goes beyond the obvious of short circuits, local producers and fresh produce, it's an environmental conscience screwed to the heart and concrete sustainable commitments in terms of waste limitation, recyclable containers, selective sorting and site preservation. On the lower terraces of Notre-Dame de la Garde, the Le Bon Air refreshment area is the place to be for moments of sharing, suspended between land, sea and sky, above the city and under the sun.
FROM 4PM TO 10PM, THE FRESH AIR SETS THE TEMPO FOR CONVIVIALITY, WHETHER ENJOYED SOLO, AS A DUO OR AS A TRIBE. BUT ALWAYS WITH AN APPETITE.
