Our commitments
“At the origin of this sanctuary, a man whose history has retained only the initial of his first name, the letter P, and who will be called Peter. The humble patriarch is a prayerful and exploitative worker, aiming for nothing other than to build a chapel to be closer to heaven, to breathe the divine air, to work with his hands and reap the fruits. As a hermit, he puts into practice the motto of the monks of the West “ora et labora”: pray and work. He will no doubt also welcome people wishing to join his prayer. In any case, very quickly, pilgrimages will climb to the summit of this hill.
In keeping with the origins and history of the "Good Mother," Le Bon Air is a place of daily work. It showcases the talents of each woman and man who serves it. It is a welcoming space for pilgrims and visitors, preparing for or extending the peace and joy given here in prayer and meditation and fostered by the beauty of the setting. The restaurant's decor, noble and simple, is a dive into the history of the Basilica while raising awareness of the richness of our Mediterranean culture. By enjoying a convivial moment, alone, with family, or friends, you are also financially supporting this sanctuary, essential to so many people and a proud symbol of our city. The presence of Monastic Crafts is significant; it brings us closer to the monks and nuns, who carry our world through prayer. There is a lot of love in their fine products. So welcome! Come in, let yourself be welcomed and surprised! Leave with your body and heart nourished by beauty and kindness.

A SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY PROJECT
Opening positions to disabled workers: Bon Air relies on collaboration with UNAPEI -AP , an association of parents of children with intellectual and cognitive disabilities, in order to open up as many positions as possible to ESAT workers, often far from employment or in a situation of separation from the company, in order to help them regain confidence and self-esteem.
To become a benchmark for training and sustainable integration through employment.
Welcoming apprenticeship contracts from public and private establishments into our workforce.
To perpetuate the tradition of hospitality towards people in difficulty.
Support local charities .
OUR COMMITMENTS
Respect for the environment and social responsibility are the values that drive the restaurant's project. All these dimensions are experienced in the dynamism of Pope Francis' Laudate Si'.
